Role Overview
We are seeking a Quality and EHS Manager to lead and manage the quality and EHS methodology of our manufacturing plants and distribution centers with a zero-defective philosophy. This includes supplier quality management and customer dialogue and communication. The role will also involve internal and external quality and EHS trainings, as well as managing and auditing KPI dashboards for quality and EHS.

Key Responsibilities
Manage and audit harmonized quality strategies, methodologies, and policies within production and distribution facilities
Customer dialogue and communication, including analysis of customer requirements and product claims
Internal and external quality and EHS trainings
Drive supplier quality audits
Manage, audit, and continuously improve harmonized EHS strategies, methodologies, and policies within production and distribution facilities
KPI dashboards for quality and EHS

Requirements
Degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Physics, Chemistry, or comparable discipline with a minimum of 4 years' experience in a manufacturing environment
Minimum of 4 years of experience in a similar quality and EHS-focused role
Theoretical and practical experience in state-of-the-art quality methodologies such as Six Sigma, Statistics, PPAP, APQP, FMEA, MSA, Control Plans, and 8D
Proficient in ISO standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949)
Advanced IT skills, particularly in Microsoft Office and statistical tools
