Job Summary:
Vitesco Technologies is seeking an experienced ASIC Verification Engineer to join our team. As an ASIC Verification Engineer, you will be responsible for the development of Vitesco owned ASICs and Functional Semiconductor Blocks.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with the ASIC design team to understand the functionality and details of the design.
- Support the ASIC design team for ASICs developed at external design partners with expertise regarding verification.
- Delve into design (including layout), simulation results, and test results.
- Involve yourself in the ASIC concept phase for optimizing the ASIC in the early phase for the best verification approach.
- Collaborate with silicon foundries (GlobalFoundries, TSMC) for exclusive Vitesco ASICs.
- Support new concepts to reduce time to market.
Requirements:
- Academic degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
- Long-time professional experience in ASIC design and verification.
- Knowledge and experience regarding semiconductor processes to consider process specialties in the verification process.
- Project experience, especially related to ASIC Design.
- Fluent proficiency in spoken and written English language, German appreciated.
- Good communication skills and ability to work in intercultural teams, personal initiative, high engagement.
