About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled CRM Business Analyst to join our team at Quipu GmbH in Frankfurt. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for identifying business needs, analyzing requirements, and implementing solutions to drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide expert-level application functionality, configuration, and support expertise for Microsoft CRM Dynamics and related technologies.
  • Collaborate with architects, product experts, and software vendors to design, configure, and implement application solutions that meet business requirements.
  • Develop and recommend solutions to improve business processes and capabilities, including upgrades and installations.
  • Support and participate in internal coordination and communication with all involved parties.
  • Lead the determination and documentation of optimal application setup and configuration to meet functional requirements and specifications.
  • Design and formulate models, diagrams, and documentation using industry standards and tools to meet business, technical, security, governance, and compliance requirements.
  • Review the product delivery process and contribute to the definition of best practices and standards for deliverables related to Quipu Software Products.
  • Research and benchmark competitive products and best practices.
  • Log deliverables and track timelines.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science, electrical and electronic engineering, or automation.
  • Experience as a business analyst.
  • Knowledge and clear understanding of Microsoft CRM Dynamics, MS Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and Azure technologies.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and creating user stories using Agile software development cycles.
  • Experience monitoring and prioritizing work in an Agile environment.
  • Knowledge of banking and understanding of banking business is preferable.
