Wir suchen eine Person mit einer Fülle an kreativen und innovativen Ideen, die sich leidenschaftlich für die User Experience digitaler Produkte einsetzt. Du solltest über umfangreiche Kenntnisse in User Centered Design und Design Thinking verfügen. Wir bieten ein motivierendes und unterstützendes Team, in dem Spaß und der Austausch von UX-Expertise auf höchstem Niveau großgeschrieben werden.

Deine Mission
  • UX-Research in der Discovery-Phase: Verstehen der Bedürfnisse und Wünsche unserer Nutzer*innen
  • Entwicklung von Wireframes und Prototypen: Visualisierung von Ideen und Konzepten anhand von Styleguide/Libraries
  • Durchführung von User Tests: Sammeln von Feedback und iteratives Weiterentwickeln unserer Produkte
  • Zusammenarbeit in crossfunktionalen Teams: Du bringst Deine UX-Expertise in die Produktentwicklung ein und arbeitest Hand in Hand mit anderen Abteilungen
Deine Stärken
  • Langjährige Berufserfahrung in Interaction und User Experience Design, begleitet von einem umfangreichen Repertoire an Methoden aus dem User Centered Design und Design Thinking
  • Umfassende und langjährige Erfahrung in UX Research, UX-Konzeption und Evaluation, gepaart mit einer ausgeprägten Beratungskompetenz
  • Berufserfahrung in agilen Arbeitsmethoden und eine starke Ausrichtung auf Produktentwicklung im Software- und App-Kontext
  • Ein überzeugendes Portfolio und praxisnahe Projektbeispiele im Bereich User Experience, inklusive der Erstellung von Personas, User Journeys, Sitemaps, Wireframes, Prototypen und Interaktionskonzepten
  • Ausgezeichnete Fähigkeiten im Umgang mit bewährten Design-Tools wie Figma & Co., sowie ein ausgeprägtes Gespür für Kreativität
  • Exzellente Deutschkenntnisse für das schriftliche und mündliche Arbeiten an unseren Produkten, ergänzt durch Deine Fähigkeit, auf Englisch zu kommunizieren
