What We Offer
We are looking for an Intern (m/f/d) for Public & Government Affairs (Strategic Communications) to join our team in Berlin. As an intern, you will have the opportunity to gain insights into the work of an international consultancy for strategic communication and change. You will be actively involved in client projects, receive hands-on training and mentorship from a buddy, and have access to internal knowledge-sharing and training sessions.
Your Tasks
- Support the consulting teams in the strategic advisory of clients in political communication
- Prepare political monitoring reports and analyses
- Assist in new business processes and internal projects that develop our team and practice further
- Participate in and potentially contribute to internal training and knowledge-sharing sessions
Requirements
We are looking for:
- Excellent academic performance, ideally in political science, economics, or communications-related fields
- Internships or initial practical experience in politics, advocacy, consulting, communications, or corporate communication
- Understanding of and interest in political and economic contexts
- Strong analytical and conceptual skills; flexibility in working on multiple projects simultaneously; initiative and willingness to commit to a dynamic, demanding work environment
- High motivation and enjoyment in working in a collegial, performance-oriented team
- Willingness to learn, curiosity, high attention to quality and responsibility
- Interest (and possibly experience) in using online platforms and social media
- Fluent in both German and English, spoken and written
- Proficiency in common Microsoft Office programs (PowerPoint, Word)
