About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Facilities Manager to join our team at WISAG Gebäudereinigung Baden-Württemberg GmbH & Co. KG. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of cleaning professionals to deliver exceptional service to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of cleaning professionals to ensure high-quality service delivery
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and expectations
  • Conduct regular site visits to monitor service delivery and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with the operations team to develop and implement process improvements
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health and safety regulations and company policies
Requirements
  • Proven experience in facilities management or a related field
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred
