Wir suchen eine/n engagierte Werkstudent/in im Bereich Brand Management, der/die Lust hat, unsere Markenstruktur zu entwickeln und unsere Kommunikationsschnittstellen zu koordinieren.

Das erwartet dich:
  • Markenstruktur entwickeln: Du sorgst für Klarheit in unserem vielfältigen Markenportfolio und stellst sicher, dass jede unserer Brands bei den entscheidenden Zielgruppen optimal zur Geltung kommt.
  • Einheitliche Abstimmung unserer Kommunikationskanäle: Du kümmerst dich um die einheitliche Abstimmung unserer Kommunikationskanäle – von Social Media über die Website bis hin zu E-Mail-Signaturen, Profilfotos, Call-Hintergründen etc.
  • Frische Ideen einbringen: Du bringst frische Ideen ein, um unsere Markenkommunikation weiterzuentwickeln und sicherzustellen, dass unsere Botschaften klar und wirkungsvoll platziert werden.
  • Enges Zusammenarbeiten mit dem Top Management Team: Du arbeitest eng zusammen mit dem Top Management Team an der Unternehmenspositionierung und Markenstruktur.
Was du mitbringst:
  • Masterstudium oder Bachelorstudium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikationswissenschaften oder einem ähnlichen Fach.
  • Umfangreiche erste Berufserfahrungen gesammelt, idealerweise als Creator, im Unternehmensumfeld oder in einem großen Beratungsunternehmen.
  • Organisationstalent: Du hast ein Auge fürs Detail und verstehst es, in einem dynamischen Umfeld den Überblick zu behalten.
  • Kommunikationsstärke: Du kannst klar und überzeugend kommunizieren und hast ein gutes Gespür dafür, wie man eine Marke nach außen repräsentiert.
  • Kreativität: Du liebst es, innovative Lösungen zu finden, die unsere Marken noch stärker machen.
