Airport Operations Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Coordinator to join our team at lux-Airport. As a key member of our Business Aviation Centre, you will be responsible for providing operational, commercial, and administrative support to ensure the smooth running of our airport operations.

Key responsibilities include:

• Providing operational support for the Business Aviation Centre, including receiving and handling customer and crew requests;
• Coordinating and following up operators' requests for assistance;
• Ensuring the planning and follow-up of flight operations, including radio frequency, weather, Notam, and flight planning;
• Ensuring the smooth processing of arrivals and departures, including communication with partner service providers, authorities, airport security, customs, and police;
• Ensuring customer loyalty and driving the continuous improvement of our services;
• Carrying out customer invoicing and payment operations;
• Welcoming passengers to the VIP Lounge and providing related services in accordance with the specific specifications of our demanding clientele.

Requirements include:

• Higher education diploma or equivalent experience;
• Proven first professional experience in an airport environment and/or in any job involving top-of-the-range services for a demanding clientele;
• Fluent spoken and written French and English;
• Strong customer focus, organisational skills, and good management of priorities;
• Proactive, common sense, and solution-oriented;
• Excellent communication skills and adaptability;
• Absolute respect for the rules of confidentiality affecting the activities of the Business Aviation Centre.
