The RoleWe are seeking a highly motivated and process-driven Project Manager to join our Robotics team in Munich. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating cross-functional projects within our R&D teams, driving the development of innovative robotic solutions for autonomous food production.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and coordinate cross-functional projects, ensuring alignment with the company's overall roadmap.
- Foster collaboration between departments to identify and resolve blockers, promoting a collaborative and efficient work environment.
- Develop and maintain project documentation, reports, and templates to support project transparency and accountability.
- Set up and manage project tooling for R&D teams, ensuring developers have the necessary tools and understand how to use and update them effectively.
- Assist in creating and maintaining the technology roadmap, aligning project timelines and deliverables with strategic objectives.
- Provide clear direction and support to engineering teams, inspiring and motivating them to achieve high performance and project success.
- Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, or similar role in a technical environment, preferably in automation robotics.
- Strong understanding of product development processes.
- Excellent project management skills, including timeline development, progress tracking, and priority setting.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to facilitate cross-departmental collaboration.
- Proficiency in project management tools and software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
