About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Logistics Specialist to join our team at enercity. As a key member of our logistics department, you will be responsible for ensuring the timely and efficient transportation of materials, equipment, and personnel across various sites.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials between sites, ensuring timely delivery and minimizing delays.
  • Develop and implement efficient logistics strategies to optimize transportation routes, reduce costs, and improve overall supply chain performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including operations, procurement, and maintenance, to ensure seamless communication and coordination.
  • Monitor and analyze logistics metrics, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions to enhance overall performance.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with transportation providers, ensuring high-quality service and competitive pricing.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or a related field.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing complex logistics operations, with a focus on efficiency, cost reduction, and customer satisfaction.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders, including internal teams, transportation providers, and customers.
  • Proficiency in logistics software and systems, including transportation management systems (TMS) and enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems.
