Job Title: Team Leader Customer Services

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Team Leader to join our IT-DuA team at Darmstadt University of Applied Sciences. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for leading a team of web services professionals and ensuring the smooth operation of our web presence.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of web services professionals to develop and maintain our TYPO3 presence
  • Coordinate and structure workflows to ensure efficient work processes and quality management
  • Develop and implement new websites and extensions, as well as update existing ones
  • Conceptualize and plan the development of our TYPO3 presence, including administrative support of associated servers
  • Research and implement functional requirements for the internet and intranet
  • Provide advice and support to editors from administration and specialist departments
  • Manage external service providers and create specifications
  • Coordinate the university network in the TYPO3 environment and participate in conferences
Requirements:
  • Completed studies (Diploma FH or Bachelor)
  • At least 3 years of professional experience in a comparable field of work in web development/administration
  • Management experience is an advantage
  • Very good TYPO3 knowledge
  • Very good PHP and TYPO script knowledge
  • Very good knowledge of HTML, JavaScript, Sass, and CSS
  • Good SQL knowledge (MySQL)
  • Good knowledge of the administration of an Apache server under Linux
  • Good knowledge of web page analysis software
  • Very good written and spoken German (C1 level)
  • Distinct customer and service-oriented behavior
