Join Our Team as a Service Desk Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Manager to join our team at Lummus Novolen Technology GmbH. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for coordinating and leading internal meetings to determine the type of RFP response, content of deliverables, and sales strategy.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Development of customized technical proposals, including quality and content such as determination of plant layout, process description, PFDs, sized equipment list, NPV, and capital cost estimation, process guarantees
  • Technical discussion and representation of the company in both F2F meetings and video conferences
  • Support of Licensing Department during the entire sales process
  • Collaboration with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Chemical or Process Engineering
  • At least 6 years of experience in process engineering, project work, licensing, and/or preparation of technical proposals in the petrochemical industry
  • Fluent in English, written and spoken
  • Team player in an international company
  • Permanent employment contract
