About the Role

Festo Corporation is seeking a highly skilled National Key Account Manager to join our team. As a key member of our sales organization, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to maximize Festo's market share at key accounts.

Key Responsibilities
  • Analyze key accounts to identify opportunities for growth and develop account management plans to achieve sales targets.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders at customer sites.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  • Monitor and analyze sales performance and provide insights to inform business decisions.
  • Negotiate and manage contracts with customers to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Requirements
  • Technical degree in a relevant field (e.g., electrical engineering, process engineering, mechatronics).
  • Postgraduate study in business administration or a related field is an asset.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and other relevant software.
  • 3-5 years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
