Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Commercial Director to lead our commercial strategy and drive business growth. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing our commercial vision, working closely with cross-functional teams to optimize product offerings, pricing strategies, and market expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive commercial strategy aligned with KoRo's growth objectives.
- Lead and mentor the commercial team, ensuring high performance and professional development.
- Analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape to identify opportunities for growth.
- Collaborate with supply chain management, marketing, product development, and logistics teams to ensure seamless product launches and campaigns.
- Monitor and optimize pricing strategies to maximize profitability while maintaining customer satisfaction.
- Oversee budget planning, forecasting, and financial performance of the commercial department.
- Explore new market opportunities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience in a senior commercial role, preferably within the food or e-commerce industry.
- Strong leadership skills with a track record of building and managing high-performing teams.
- Excellent negotiation and relationship management skills.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
- Knowledge of supply chain management and pricing strategies.
- Fluent in English.
