About the Role

Celonis is seeking a Senior Product Designer to lead the experience and design of products that enable our users to quickly find process-relevant connections, goals, and resources. As a key member of our Product & Engineering team, you will shape a world-class design vision for our process modeling user journeys.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless and cohesive experience.
  • Understand and translate our customers' needs into effective process management solutions and process excellence tools.
  • Design and prototype components and interactions, and work together with engineers to bring them to life.
  • Own the user experience of our key user journeys for process management.
Requirements
  • Strong background in Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), Information Design, Data Design, Communication Design, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of proven experience as a UX/UI Designer within a software team.
  • Domain experience in B2B or enterprise software products, especially for users like executives and employees alike.
  • Strong understanding of process visualization, interaction design, usability engineering, and testing principles.
  • Hands-on experience creating complex and interactive data visualizations.
