Principal Customer Quality Engineer

Skyworks is seeking a highly skilled Principal Customer Quality Engineer to join our team in Woburn. As a key member of our quality team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality products are delivered to our customers. This role requires a strong understanding of quality principles, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement quality strategies to meet customer requirements and improve product quality.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- Lead internal and external audits to ensure quality processes are in place and effective.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain quality metrics and reports to track progress and identify areas for improvement.
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- At least 12 years of experience in quality engineering or a related field.
- Strong understanding of quality principles, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
Skyworks offers a competitive salary range of $124,400 - $235,700 per year, depending on experience and qualifications. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, 401(k) matching, and paid time off.
