Job Summary
We are seeking an experienced Data Analytics Business Partner to join our Operational Controlling Analytics Team at our headquarters in Mannheim. As a key member of our team, you will provide analytical support to internal departments and 20+ countries, focusing on operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze daily transactional data to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics, dashboards, and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with stakeholders from Controlling, Business Intelligence, and Operations & Logistics to provide actionable insights and recommendations.
- Proactively analyze data to identify and address operational inefficiencies and bottlenecks.
- Support the development and implementation of strategic initiatives.
- Present findings and recommendations to senior management and other stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
- 3-5 years of experience in an analytical role, with experience in operations and logistics a plus.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., SQL, Power BI, Excel).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in developing and implementing data-driven solutions.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present complex information in an understandable manner.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, international environment.
