Logistics Manager

Skeleton Technologies is seeking a highly skilled Logistics Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Supply Chain Management department, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of logistics operations to ensure timely and cost-efficient delivery of materials and products.
Key Responsibilities- Develop, implement, and maintain logistics processes to support the organisation's overall delivery performance and cost efficiency targets.
- Implement and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for logistics operations to identify opportunities for process optimisation, streamline operations, reduce costs, and minimise waste.
- Prepare cost and quality reports, operational key figures, evaluations, forecasts, and statistics.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of transportation and customs compliance, ensuring adherence to state and federal regulations for import and export operations.
- Plan and organise the packaging and palletisation of products according to established work instructions, ensuring operational efficiency.
- Oversee material replenishment and picking requirements, ensuring timely and efficient preparation of materials for production usage.
- Ensure adherence to 5S standards, maintaining a clean and organised warehouse environment.
- Oversee the efficient flow of goods from the dispatching area, optimising outbound processes.
- Oversee the efficient flow of goods into the receiving area, ensuring timely and accurate receipt of materials.
- 5+ years of professional experience in logistics, preferably in an industrial and/or FMCG environment.
- Very good knowledge of German and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience with modern ERP and WMS systems.
- Supply Chain/Business administration related education is preferred.
- Confident handling of MS Office programs.
- High level of teamwork, sense of responsibility, and communication skills.
