Beschreibung der Position

Wir suchen einen erfahrenen SAP-Key-User für die Personalwirtschaft, der unsere Abrechnungs- und Zeitwirtschaftssysteme auf einem neuen einheitlichen SAP-System auf Basis S4/Hana standardisieren und harmonisieren kann.

Hauptraum der Arbeit
  • Entwicklung und Aufbau eines zentralen "Center of Expertise" für den Bereich Payroll Deutschland
  • Einführung, Pflege, Testen und Freigabe anwenderspezifischer Softwaresysteme (SAP-HR Modul PY, sowie ESS/MSS-Szenarien im Mitarbeiterportal SAP-Fiori / ServiceNow)
  • Entwicklung und Konzeption von neuen Abrechnungsprozessen und Begleitung bis zur Produktivstellung sowie laufende Wartung und Betreuung bestehender Anwendungen und Schnittstellen
  • Beratung und Schulung der verschiedenen Anwender und Fachbereiche in den operativen HR-Bereichen sowie Durchführung der Qualitätssicherung
  • Leitung von ZF-internen Projekten und Teilprojekten zur Weiterentwicklung von Prozessen in der Entgeltabrechnung
Voraussetzungen
  • Einschlägige dreijährige Berufsausbildung und fachspezifische Zusatzqualifikation oder Studium der Wirtschaftsinformatik
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Umfeld der Personalwirtschaft
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse Abrechnungssthemen (bevorzugt im SAP-HR Umfeld) und in den MS-Office Produkten (insbesondere Excel)
  • HR-Prozess Know-How (inkl. Employee-/Manager-Self-Services)
  • Ausgeprägte Leistungs- und Lernbereitschaft sowie analytische und konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten sowie eine selbständige, effektive und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise und Teamfähigkeit
