We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our team at Zurich Insurance Company in a Claims Specialist role. As a member of our dynamic team, you will have the opportunity to handle and manage court processes related to motor vehicle damage claims. Your responsibilities will include independently assessing and processing these claims, as well as coordinating with our partner lawyers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough assessments of motor vehicle damage claims
  • Process claims in accordance with German and international law
  • Coordinate with partner lawyers to ensure seamless claim resolution
  • Provide guidance to customers on claim-related matters
  • Contribute innovative ideas to project initiatives

Requirements:

  • Completed training as an insurance clerk or lawyer
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Team player with a customer-oriented mindset
  • Initiative and decision-making abilities
  • Fluency in German and ideally basic knowledge of English
