Key Responsibilities
  • Lead advanced industry engineering CCS (cell connection) projects at NPI stage.
  • Review and approve new production line designs.
  • Support RFQs with regional/site IE for mass production lines.
  • Develop and approve PFMEAs at prototype and pre-production stages.
  • Approve mass production PFMEAs created from regional/site.
  • Validate and transfer new production lines.
  • Approve regional/site production workshop plans, layouts, and site resource plans.
  • Audit site IE cost control and inventory/routing optimization.
  • Design and approve SOPs.
  • Provide guidance and audit regional/site IE working performance.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or above in mechanical or industrial engineering.
  • 10 years of work experience in manufacturing industry, with experience in automotive industry advantageous.
  • At least 5 years in industrial engineering and experience with big projects.
  • Experience in CCA/CCS manufacturing process highly preferred.
  • Good experience in automation assembly line and production line setting up and ramping up.
  • Familiar with IE tools application and can provide successful examples to show cost saving or line improvement.
  • Understand well EHS requirements.
  • Good experience in PFMEA.
  • Fluent in spoken Chinese and German is a must.
  • Familiar with 2D or 3D design software and MS Office.
  • Able to analyze and solve problems independently.
  • Good ability to work under pressure, deal with priorities in a timely manner.
