About the Role:
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented HR Generalist to join our team in Ettlingen. As a key member of our HR team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to our global team, with a focus on HR administration in Germany.
Your Key Responsibilities:
* Support in contractual administration, including contracts, attachments, and other related tasks
* Administer absences for Germany, including vacation, sickness, and long-term sickness
* Be responsible for personal files, employment certificates, and other certificates
* Support our external payroll partner in Germany
Requirements:
* Relevant commercial degree in Germany
* First experience in a similar admin role
* Very good German and good English language skills
* Good knowledge in Office
