About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Third Party Risk Manager to join our Sourcing & Procurement function. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements for our Third Party Engagements globally.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate Third Party Oversight duties with Business Owners and Second line functions, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Conduct initial and regular due diligence & risk assessments for all Third Party Engagements.
  • Maintain and centralize contracts and Third Party master data.
  • Ensure the existence of Business plans & Exit plans for Third Party services.
  • Monitor reporting to supervisory authorities and conduct reporting to Allianz Group entities and Senior Management.
  • Coordinate spot checks with Second line functions and guide Business Owners in identifying non-compliant Third-Party Engagements.
Requirements
  • University degree in Business Administration, Economics, Law, Business Management or related field of study.
  • Knowledge of national and international regulatory requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience in Vendor Management, Contract Management, Outsourcing Management or related roles is a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and client-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and verbal, with further languages highly helpful.
