About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Junior Compliance Specialist to join our team at secjur GmbH. As a key member of our compliance department, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the company's regulatory compliance and risk management.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support our expert support team in all aspects of customer inquiries related to information security, including the implementation of information security management systems (ISMS) in accordance with ISO/IEC 27001 and TISAX.
  • Assist in handling customer inquiries related to data protection.
  • Provide support to our customers in using our Digital Compliance Office platform.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of our information security and data protection module within the Digital Compliance Office.
Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in a technical, legal, or economic field, or equivalent qualifications through certifications.
  • A strong affinity for technology and excellent MS Office skills.
  • Experience with Confluence and/or Jira is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills, as well as the ability to work independently and efficiently.
  • Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.
  • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
