Working Student in Commercial Excellence & Customer Events (m/f/d)

Your Responsibilities

As a member of a global team, you will collaborate with Aptiv's Global Account Directors and their sales teams, providing comprehensive customer sales support:

  • Organizing and participating in customer sales meetings, including the preparation of meeting notes and follow-up actions
  • Monitoring and communicating relevant customer and market insights
  • Compiling regular internal customer reports (gathering necessary information, consolidating data, and presenting findings)
  • Developing customer-focused presentation materials and assisting in significant customer interactions
  • Participating in the planning and execution of European customer events (supporting event logistics and inventory management, actively engaging in event setup and execution, coordinating with local facility management and corporate functions)

Your Qualifications

  • You are a student enrolled in Germany, preferably in Communication, Marketing, or Business Administration
  • You possess strong knowledge of MS Office and digital, social media, and video editing tools
  • You can work independently across various domains and hierarchical levels within a diverse environment
  • You demonstrate a high capacity for learning and adaptability
  • You are open, engaged, and skilled at building relationships, with a strong team-oriented mindset
  • You are a creative thinker, eager to take initiative and propose innovative ideas
  • You communicate effectively in both German and English
