Your Responsibilities

  • Prepare the work environment and equip the facility
  • Clean, cover, and prime with brush, roller, and spray gun (pneumatic)
  • Work with low- and high-pressure spray processes
  • Perform routine maintenance and repair tasks

Your Profile as an Industrial Coater

  • Completed vocational training in automotive refinishing or surface finishing
  • Minimum one year of work experience in the field
  • Availability to work in a shift rotation model
  • Flexibility and teamwork skills
