We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Reliability Solutions Expert to join our team in Germany. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that our service teams are equipped, trained, and developed to meet current and planned future business needs.

Your primary objective will be to lead, manage, and develop the Reliability Solutions and Machinery Health Management Service team. You will be responsible for developing, applying, and introducing new and efficient service strategies, methods, and processes to support the development and profitability of the service office.

In this role, you will work closely with the DACH Operations Management team to ensure proper service coverage for all supported products. You will also coordinate problem-solving for technical issues relating to service orders and perform tasks for installation, upgrade, and maintenance of MHM/RS-Systems and integrated systems at customer sites.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience.
  • 8 years of experience with RS (Reliability Solutions) and MHM (Machinery Health Management) systems and solutions, min. 5 years of experience as Service Engineer.
  • Proficiency in German and English.
  • A valid car driving license.
  • Availability to travel to and work in the DACH region (Germany, Switzerland) for training or business trips.
