Process Engineer for Vaccine Manufacturing

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Process Engineer to join our team in Singen, Germany. As a Process Engineer for Vaccine Manufacturing, you will be responsible for managing technical aspects of global drug product manufacturing within Vaccines Technical Operations.
Your Key Responsibilities:
- Drive continuous improvements across commercial sites in the Takeda network.
- Oversee the implementation of advanced technologies and process harmonization.
- Provide technical leadership for resolving product line issues and major projects.
- Serve as the primary technical interface between Technical Operations and drug product manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with Development and Site Operations teams for technology transfers, risk assessments, and innovative solutions.
About You:
- Bachelor's or Master's in Chemical, Biochemical, Biotechnology, Biopharmaceutical Engineering, or related fields.
- Experience in GMP drug product manufacturing, preferably biopharmaceuticals; vaccines and external manufacturing experience is a plus.
- Expertise in single-use systems, aseptic filling, lyophilization, and visual inspection.
- Strong collaboration skills in a matrix environment, with internal teams and external partners.
- Flexibility to manage diverse projects, from complex topics to administrative tasks.
