About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Accountant to join our team at AGRAVIS Raiffeisen. As a Financial Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the financial accounting of one or more subsidiaries of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG, as well as handling debtor, creditor, and asset accounts.

Key Responsibilities

  • Process financial accounting for one or more subsidiaries of AGRAVIS Raiffeisen AG
  • Handle debtor, creditor, and asset accounts
  • Evaluate and process payment inflows and outflows, as well as cost accounting and reclassifications
  • Perform cash book entries, resolve discrepancies, and handle inquiries from internal and external customers
  • Coordinate internal intercompany accounts
  • Manage debt collection and create interest statements
  • Prepare the monthly financial statement in collaboration with the Controlling department and prepare preliminary work for the annual financial statement
  • Support the team leader in case of absences

Requirements

  • Completed commercial training, e.g. as a business management assistant (m/f/d), in wholesale and foreign trade management, or as a tax clerk (m/f/d); alternatively, a completed degree in business administration
  • Several years of practical experience and knowledge in accounting
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Experience with SAP FI is desirable
  • Excellent numerical skills and analytical thinking
  • Team and communication skills, reliability, sense of responsibility, and stress resistance
  • Customer-oriented behavior towards our customers
