Wir suchen eine/n Werkstudent (m/w/d) Performance Marketing für unsere Unternehmenszentrale in der Hamburger HafenCity.

Aufgaben
  • Unterstützung bei der Entwicklung, Planung und Umsetzung von Online-Marketingmaßnahmen
  • Konzeption und Durchführung von Search-, Display und Social Media-Ads sowie E-Mail-Kampagnen
  • Kampagnenperformance tracken und analysieren
  • A/B-Tests und Optimierungen von Landingpages und Anzeigen durchführen
  • Redaktionspläne erstellen und umsetzen
  • Präsentationen und Reportings erstellen
  • Mitwirkung bei der Entwicklung von neuen Marketing-Strategien
Profil
  • Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftswissenschaften, Kommunikationswissenschaften, Sozialwissenschaften oder vergleichbaren Studienfächern mit Schwerpunkt Digitales Marketing
  • Erste praktische Erfahrungen im Bereich digitales Marketing
  • Grundkenntnisse im Google Ad Manager oder Meta Ads Manager
  • Strukturierte und proaktive Arbeitsweise, gutes Kennzahlenverständnis und ausgeprägte technische Affinität
  • Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office und sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
