Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Master Craftsman to lead our production team at Rolls-Royce Power Systems. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating the Meisterbereich, ensuring the smooth operation of our production processes, and driving continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and guide a team of employees to achieve production goals and objectives
• Develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
• Plan and coordinate the use of available resources and personnel
• Monitor and report on key performance indicators to ensure operational excellence
• Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and standards
• Develop and implement quality assurance processes to ensure high-quality products
• Manage inventory levels and optimize supply chain processes
• Provide regular reporting to the Team Lead

Requirements

• Completed vocational training with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a related field
• 2-year technical training or equivalent experience in a production environment
• Proven leadership and management experience, preferably in a production or manufacturing setting
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
• Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken
