About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Azure Virtual Desktop Administrator to join our team at CANCOM. As a key member of our IT infrastructure team, you will be responsible for the design, deployment, and management of complex Azure Virtual Desktop infrastructures.

Key Responsibilities
  • Golden Image Management: Develop and maintain golden images for Azure Virtual Desktop deployments using cloud-based deployment methods.
  • Application Deployment: Support the deployment of applications through Intune or MSIX, ensuring seamless user experience and minimal downtime.
  • Infrastructure Validation: Validate Azure infrastructure components as part of the AVD deployment process, ensuring compliance with company standards.
  • Cloud Resource Optimization: Analyze and evaluate cloud resources, developing strategies to optimize costs and improve resource utilization.
  • AVD Infrastructure Optimization: Optimize, scale, and monitor complex AVD infrastructures to ensure high performance and reliability.
  • Technical Expertise: Develop and maintain expertise in Azure Virtual Desktop, Microsoft 365 products, automation, security, governance, and networking.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Extensive experience with Azure Virtual Desktop and Microsoft 365 products.
  • Strong understanding of cloud-based deployment methods and automation tools.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work with cross-functional teams.
