Job Description

This exciting opportunity as an integrated client-facing Junior Project Manager will see you lead the operational day-to-day delivery of agency business, becoming a trusted and relied upon member of your agency team.

You will manage projects from initial scoping through to creative execution, studio, and production. Your role will be the glue between all departments, closely aligned to client service and clients.

Responsibilities

  • Own the planning, communication, organisation, leadership, and delivery of the programme of work
  • Produce and oversee project scope, monitor and track scope creep and drive updates
  • Upstream management of Agency/Client workflow including proactive creation of multichannel timing plans and maintenance of internal status reports as necessary
  • Evaluate creative and production against brief, budget, requirements, and brand guidelines for client service review
  • Set agendas and inform on next steps to firm up agreements across the team
  • Partner with production specialists as required, approve production decisions where necessary, and maintain oversight of delivery and budget

Skill Requirements

  • Effective listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills, and the ability to structure thoughts well and communicate clearly and concisely
  • Ability to learn and grow from successes and mistakes
  • Risk centric with good knowledge of risk anticipation and mitigation, able to communicate risk status with authority
  • Strong negotiation skills with the ability to control and report on costs and budgets
