Als Teamleitung bei adesso SE arbeitest du mit Freude in Kundenprojekten und entwickelst gerne deine Kundenbeziehungen genauso wie unser Beratungsportfolio im produzierenden Gewerbe, auf Basis von Markt- und Kundenbedarf Business-Cases, stetig weiter?
Außerdem hast du den Weitblick, um frühzeitig neues Geschäftspotenzial zu entdecken, wobei du gerne die Initiative ergreifst und bereit bist mit uns zusammen weiteres Wachstum zu entwickeln?

In deiner Rolle als Teamleitung besetzt du eine der vielseitigsten Positionen mit großem Wachstums- und Gestaltungsspielraum. Die Aufgabe vereint Personal-, Themen- und Kundenverantwortung in der Branche Manufacturing.

Deine Aufgaben:

  • Blick für den wirtschaftlichen, deckungsbeitragsorientierten Erfolg deines Bereichs im Rahmen des adesso-Geschäftsmodells
  • Umsetzung des adesso Wachstumspfades durch Einstellung, Weiterentwicklung und Bindung deiner Mitarbeitenden
  • Die fachliche Mitarbeit in Projekten entsprechend deinem Schwerpunkt, z. B. in agilen Rollen als Projektleitung, Prozess- bzw. Change-Management Beraterin oder Berater
  • Ausbau unserer Kundenbeziehungen in der Branche Manufacturing
  • Betreuung deiner Kunden und Coaching der Projektteams

Deine Qualifikationen

  • Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium, idealerweise im Bereich Ingenieurs- oder Wirtschaftswissenschaften
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in der Manufacturing Branche oder im Beratungsumfeld mit Schwerpunkt Industrie oder Maschinenbau
  • Spaß am Umgang mit Menschen und die Bereitschaft das Team aufzubauen und weiterzuentwickeln sowie unternehmerisches Denken und Handeln
  • Ausgeprägtes konzeptionelles und analytisches Denkvermögen sowie ein hohes Maß an Qualitätsbewusstsein, um Inhalte kritisch zu hinterfragen und miteinander zu vernetzen
  • Hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative sowie fundierte Kenntnisse im MS-Office Paket
  • Projektbezogene Reisebereitschaft
