Deine Rolle

Als Senior Software Engineer bei Lumenaza GmbH wirst du Teil eines engagierten Teams von über 50 Mitarbeitenden, einschließlich über 25 Entwickler*innen. In unserem internationalen Billing-Team, das dann einschließlich 7 Entwickler*innen umfasst, bist du mehr als nur ein weiteres Mitglied – Du bist ein geschätzter Teil, der maßgeblich zur Stärke unseres Teams beiträgt. Deine Aufgaben
  • Als Senior Software Engineer / Lead Engineer im "Billing"-Team arbeitest du an unserer dynamischen Abrechnungsplattform. In dieser wird eine stetig wachsende Zahl von Tarifkonfigurationen gespeichert. Wir bieten Preisrechner für unsere Kund*innen an, kalkulieren Abrechnungspositionen und erstellen Buchhaltungsdateien.
  • Du übernimmst zentrale Verantwortung, um den Entwicklungsprozess im Team voranzutreiben und erarbeitest Proof-of-Concept-Projekte und designst neue Services und Features.
  • Mit deiner Erfahrung mentorst du weniger erfahrene Teammitglieder im Entwicklungsprozess und spielst eine zentrale Rolle in der Sicherung der Code-Qualität im Team.
  • Über das Team hinaus kommunizierst du technische Lösungen und treibst die Best Practices im firmenweiten Entwicklungsprozess voran.
  • Gemeinsam mit dem Team-Lead und Product Owner erarbeitest du Architektur-Optionen, die im Team abgewogen und beschlossen werden.
Dein Profil
  • Du hast bereits mehr als 5 Jahre Erfahrung als Software Engineer und besitzt profunde technische Kenntnisse. Einen signifikanten Teil deiner professionellen Software-Engineering-Erfahrung hast du mit Python und Django bestritten.
  • Du hast bereits mit verteilten, auf Microservices basierten Systemen gearbeitet und dabei Erfahrung mit Celery gesammelt. JavaScript und React sind deine Haupt-Frontend-Technologien.
  • Erfahrung im (deutschen) Strommarkt oder im Rechnungs-/Accountingbereich sind ein Plus. Verhandlungssicheres Englisch ist ein Muss.
Unser Tech Stack

Der Großteil unserer Prozesse ist in Python/Django realisiert, die vorherrschende Datenbanktechnologie ist PostgreSQL. Wir nutzen unter anderem das Robot Framework für Systemtests und deployen unseren dockerisierten Code im Rahmen eines auf GitLab gestützten CI-Prozesses in Kubernetes Test- und Produktivumgebungen. Frontend-Applikationen realisieren wir mit React. AI-Tools wie GitHub-Copilot und ChatGPT-Teams unterstützen uns im Coding sowie im Daily Business.

Außerhalb der Entwicklung arbeiten wir vorrangig mit Jira, Miro und Confluence.
