Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Senior Project Manager für unsere Bau- und Sanierungsprojekte in der Immobilienbranche.

Ihre Aufgaben
  • Leitung der Sanierungsarbeiten an Wohngebäuden, einschließlich der vollständigen Sanierung, Reparaturen und Erneuerungen von Gebäudeteilen
  • Koordinierung von Vertragspartnern, Planern und ausführenden Firmen für die optimale Durchführung von Bau- und Umbaumaßnahmen
  • Begleitung von Projekten von der Konzeptionsphase bis zum Abschluss, einschließlich der Kontrolle und Überwachung von Planungs- und Bauleistungen
  • Mängelfeststellung und -beseitigung unter Wahrung der Gewährleistungsansprüche
  • Beratung des Property- und Assetmanagements zu Lösungen für Modernisierungs- und Instandhaltungsmaßnahmen
  • Erstellung von Budgets, Angebots- und Kostenvergleichen
  • Dokumentation des Projektverlaufs in EDV-Systemen
Ihr Profil
  • Studium zum Bauingenieur, Architekt oder Meister des Bauhandwerks oder langjährige Berufserfahrung im technischen Bereich
  • Mindestens 8 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der Bauleitung und im Project Management von Modernisierungs- und Umbauarbeiten
  • Gute Organisationsfähigkeit, eigenständige Strukturierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein
  • Kommunikatives und verhandlungssicheres Auftreten gegenüber Kunden und Firmen
  • Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift sowie gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
  • Idealerweise Branchenkenntnisse in der Immobilienwirtschaft bzw. Immobilienverwaltung
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein, Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzbereitschaft
  • Führerschein der Klasse B
