Logistics Specialist

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Logistics Specialist. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating the movement of goods and materials, ensuring timely and efficient delivery to our customers.

• Coordinate and manage the transportation of goods and materials
• Prepare and process shipping documents and customs forms
• Communicate with customers and suppliers to ensure smooth logistics operations
• Monitor and track shipments to ensure timely delivery
• Investigate and resolve any issues or discrepancies with shipments

• High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in logistics or related field preferred
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics or transportation industry
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks
• Proficiency in MS Office and logistics software
