Job Summary

We are seeking a highly experienced Project Director to lead our major Data Centre construction projects in Frankfurt. As the key client interface, you will ensure that our client objectives are met and exceeded, and that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality, sustainability, and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead a multi-disciplinary team and drive performance through design development, permitting and approvals, procurement, and construction.
  • Oversee, manage, and lead a team providing project management, project controls, environmental, health, and safety activities, construction management, quality management, commercial management, claims management, procurement, project execution support, and project close-out services.

Requirements

  • University degree in a construction-related field.
  • Extensive experience delivering major projects and/or programmes, with at least 5 years of experience in the Data Centre sector.
  • Experience as a Project Director, Construction Director, or in a similar role within a Project Management Company (PMC), Engineering, Procurement, and Construction Management (EPCM), Construction Management Environment, or as a General Contractor.
  • Understanding of project management and project controls methodology.
  • Proactive, meticulous, self-motivated, and hands-on team player.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and senior management.
  • Fluent English language skills, with a minimum B1 German language level.
