Expert Customer Condition Management Specialist

Job Description

As a Customer Condition Management Expert, you will support local and global business units in increasing profitability through optimal customer condition management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintenance of global contracts and customer conditions in ERP systems
  • Representation of contractual conditions and automation of processes
  • Support for data analysis from worldwide ERP system use for automated and correct price finding
  • Continued development of processes and system functionalities through continuous increase of automation grade
  • Creation of user documentation
  • Completed commercial education or comparable, otherwise acquired qualification
  • Professional experience in sales, particularly maintenance of price and contract conditions
  • Expert knowledge in handling SAP and ideally MS Business Central
  • Application-safe English knowledge
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
Requirements:
  • You will work carefully, creatively, and analytically on your tasks
  • You will convince through clear result presentation and high team ability
