Recycling Technologies Project Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:- Oversee and coordinate projects from initial planning through to execution
- Track and assess project progress to ensure objectives and timelines are achieved
- Perform process evaluations and support material testing
- Collaborate with both internal and external partners, including engineers, suppliers, and regulatory bodies, to secure successful project results
- Develop and manage project budgets while ensuring optimal resource allocation
- Conduct risk assessments and formulate strategies to mitigate project risks
- Analyze causes: systematically identify non-conformities and devise suitable corrective actions to reduce downtime and disruptions
- Degree, training, or advanced education in a relevant discipline
- Proven experience in project management, ideally within the waste management or recycling sectors
- Comprehensive understanding of applicable environmental and recycling technologies regulations and standards
- Exceptional communication and teamwork abilities, with experience leading cross-functional teams
- Strong analytical and organizational skills coupled with a proactive approach
