Job Description

We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Delivery Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering packages and letters to our customers in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver packages and letters to customers in a timely and efficient manner
  • Provide excellent customer service and respond to customer inquiries
  • Operate a company vehicle or e-bike/e-trike in a safe and responsible manner
  • Manage and maintain a high level of organization and productivity during deliveries
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve team goals and objectives
Requirements:
  • Valid driver's license (Class B)
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work varying shifts and schedules
  • Basic computer skills and ability to use company software
