Job Title: Software Services Sourcing Specialist

Job Description:

DHL Group, a leading logistics provider, is seeking a skilled Software Services Sourcing Specialist to join its global sourcing unit. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing sourcing concepts and processes that align with business stakeholders' needs.

Key Responsibilities:

* Proactively identify areas for strategic sourcing initiatives to create business value and realize savings through sourcing activities.
* Provide professional sourcing support for key business initiatives, supply market research, and intelligence to support business decisions in investments and budgets.
* Prepare and conduct difficult negotiations in an international environment, negotiating savings expected at minimum EUR 1 MN p.a.
* Develop contracts together with the Legal Team.
* Lead RfIs and RfQs.
* Ensure purchasing compliance.
* Engage in projects and deliver on special tasks.

Requirements:

* Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience/qualification.
* 4+ years of experience in sourcing.
* Highly structured with analytical and conceptual capabilities.
* Good communication and presentation skills.
* Good negotiator and knowledge of negotiation strategies and tools.
* Digitally savvy.
* Solid knowledge of sourcing processes and tools.
