Senior PHP Developer

**About the Role**
Optimus Search is seeking a highly skilled and experienced PHP developer to join our team and contribute to the development of our exciting new green field project. This project has the potential to make a significant impact in the environmental industry, and we're looking for a talented individual to help us bring it to life.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient web applications using PHP.
- Collaborate with our front-end development team to integrate user-facing elements and ensure a seamless user experience.
- Troubleshoot, test, and maintain our core product software to ensure optimal performance and stability.
- Write clean, modular, and well-documented code that adheres to industry standards and best practices.
- Participate in code reviews and contribute to software architecture decisions to ensure our solutions are robust and scalable.
Requirements:
- Strong experience with PHP and popular frameworks such as Laravel or Symfony.
- Proficiency in MySQL, HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong understanding of web development principles.
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git and experience with agile development methodologies.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Fluency in German (C1+ level) and excellent communication skills.
