System Manager ETCS OBU

We are seeking a highly skilled System Manager ETCS OBU to join our team and contribute to the development of cutting-edge rail vehicle technology.
Key Responsibilities:- Integrate onboard ETCS train protection equipment into rail vehicles, ensuring seamless operation and compliance with industry standards.
- Analyze customer requirements and develop technical solutions that meet their needs while considering technical and operational constraints.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to define system architecture and ensure effective implementation.
- Develop approvable system solutions that address technical, safety, security, and approval-related aspects.
- Communicate technical solutions to customers and stakeholders, providing clear explanations and addressing questions.
- Prepare technical planning and quotation documents, as well as document technical claims and risk management.
- Contribute to the team's knowledge base by sharing lessons learned from projects and experiences.
- University degree or equivalent experience in a relevant engineering or scientific field.
- Extensive experience in rail vehicle technology, system engineering, or equivalent activities in onboard train control systems.
- Familiarity with relevant norms and standards, such as CENELEC and TSI CCS.
- Experience working in international teams and a good command of English and German.
- Will to travel on business (maximum 20%).
