SAP DSC DMC Product Development Intern

About the Role:
The SAP DSC DMC Intern will be part of a highly skilled and motivated team of product developers working on worldwide competitive level. As a unit within SAP Products & Innovations and the Digital Supply Chain Organization, Manufacturing and Industrial IoT Engineering is providing innovative end-to-end solutions to run manufacturing operations in efficient, flexible, and robust way.
Key Responsibilities:
- Learn what it means to be a professional product developer and apply theoretical knowledge in a practical way.
- Participate in all phases of the product development, including the Scrum Process, to understand the full development process.
- Contribute to the product with tests, code, and create pull-requests to push SAP's Digital Manufacturing Cloud to the next level.
- Understand how development is connected and jointly works with product management.
- See and understand what it means to work in a worldwide connected development network of different teams on different continents.
- Learn about the role of security in software making and how standard product requirements and other rules are applied to modern software products and services.
Requirements:
- Student (f/m/d) at a university or a university of applied sciences.
- Take initiative, persevere, and stay curious, with English language skills on C1 level (German is a plus).
- Liked to work on meaningful innovative projects and energized by lifelong learning.
