Conexus is seeking an experienced EDI Technical Consultant to enhance their B2B invoicing processes.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in EDI and B2B invoicing to help streamline the invoicing process between suppliers and the business.

You will be responsible for developing, managing, and maintaining a data format system that enables seamless transmission of invoices via a digital platform.


Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement EDI solutions to facilitate the automated exchange of B2B invoices between suppliers and the business.
Design and configure data format systems for invoice processing and transmission via a digital platform.
Ensure the smooth integration of EDI systems with existing enterprise software, ensuring accurate and timely invoice data transfer.

Collaborate closely with suppliers and internal teams to ensure that all invoicing processes are fully aligned with business requirements.

Ensure compliance with relevant data handling and security standards in relation to B2B transactions.
Stay up to date with the latest EDI technologies and best practices to continually optimize the invoicing process.

Required Skills and Experience:
~ Strong experience in EDI particularly in the context of B2B invoicing.
~ Proven ability to design and manage data format systems for processing invoices.
~2-4 years of consulting experience
~ Experience in working with digital platforms for invoicing and data transmission.
~ Strong communication skills to work collaboratively with internal teams and external suppliers.
