Process Excellence Implementation Specialist

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Process Excellence Implementation Specialist to join our team at TUI Business Services. As a key member of our finance team, you will play a crucial role in identifying and implementing process improvements that drive business growth and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the identification of improvement opportunities and develop measurement frameworks to assess process performance.
  • Collaborate with process owners and delivery teams to analyze and improve processes, identifying root causes of issues and implementing system and configuration-based solutions.
  • Coordinate the implementation of process improvements, delivering changes to system configuration, master data, and user roles, and conducting tests and training sessions.
  • Participate in transformation projects that impact future To-Be processes, working closely with process consultants and BPM-CIP champions.
  • Provide technical expertise for process performance monitoring and activities, including process mining.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in SAP-based finance processes or other finance/ERP solutions.
  • Proven experience in process management, continuous improvement, and/or project management.
  • A university degree in business, economics, computer science, or a related field.
  • Excellent analytical and conceptual thinking skills, with the ability to integrate process and systems perspectives.
  • Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Fluency in English and the respective local language (German, Spanish).
