Job Summary:

As an Assembly Line Supervisor at Danfoss, you will be responsible for leading a team of production staff in a fast-paced industrial manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of production staff to achieve production goals and objectives.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze and optimize production processes to improve efficiency, quality, and productivity.
  • Qualifications Management: Manage the qualifications and training of production staff to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their jobs effectively.
  • Best Practices: Implement and maintain best practices in production to ensure high-quality products and efficient processes.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2+ years of experience in industrial manufacturing, preferably in a supervisory or leadership role.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, ability to analyze and optimize processes, and experience with quality assurance and control.
  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field, such as industrial engineering, manufacturing engineering, or a related field.
