Verantwortlichkeiten:- eigenständige Betreuung, Steuerung und Optimierung der JW-Outlets in Deutschland
- Verantwortung für einen reibungslosen Ablauf in den Filialen
- Hauptansprechpartner der Filialen und Schnittstelle zur Zentrale und den Retail Bereichen
- Betriebswirtschaftliche Führung des Vertriebskanals (PnL)
- Mitarbeit bei Jahres- und Budgetplanung, sowie Definition des Store-Ziele auf Tages und Monatsbasis
- Kontrolle v. allgemeinen Abläufen in Bezug auf Merchandising und Warensteuerung (Sortimentstiefe & -breite )
- Führung und Unterstützung der Store Manager im Tagesgeschäft
- Personalführung und –entwicklung
- effiziente und bedarfsorientierte Personalplanung
- Planung und Durchführung von jährlichen Outlet Meeting
- Markenbotschafter für Jack Wolfskin gegenüber Center Manager und Betreibern
- Einhaltung definierter Abläufe im Bereich der Schließanlagen (Verlust von Schlüsseln, Schlüsselprotokoll)
- Sicherstellung aller arbeitssicherheitsrechtlichen Themen der Stores (Mängelprotokolle BAD, Hygiene Standards in den Stores, Brandschutzbeauftragte/Ersthelfer je Store)
- Marketingverantwortung für den Vertriebskanal Outlet (Enge Zusammenarbeit mit entsprechenden internen Abteilungen und Outlet Centern)
- Schnittstelle zu internationalen Kollegen mit Outletverantwortung (Best Practise vermitteln)
- Erfahrung in der Führung von eigenen Retail Stores
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der Prozesse, betriebswirtschaftlichen Abläufe und Zusammenhänge der Sport- und/oder Mode-Branche
