About the Role

  • Provide 1st Level Support to customers in Central Europe and group-wide 2nd Level Support
  • Support in the area of our Technology Asset Management System tesma
  • Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions for our customers
  • Ensure quality and further development of tesma
  • Implement and document tests for regular software releases
  • Document all relevant tesma processes
  • Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of tesma accounts
  • Migrate group-wide accounts from the old to the new software environment

Requirements

  • Completed studies in Business Informatics or Business Administration or a commercial or technical apprenticeship
  • At least three years of commercial experience, preferably in technical customer support or service
  • Affinity for IT processes and analytical thinking
  • High customer orientation and good presentation and communication skills
  • A high degree of autonomous action combined with reliability and goal-oriented behavior
  • Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
