About the Role
- Provide 1st Level Support to customers in Central Europe and group-wide 2nd Level Support
- Support in the area of our Technology Asset Management System tesma
- Organize and conduct webinars and training sessions for our customers
- Ensure quality and further development of tesma
- Implement and document tests for regular software releases
- Document all relevant tesma processes
- Support the creation, maintenance, and administration of tesma accounts
- Migrate group-wide accounts from the old to the new software environment

Requirements
- Completed studies in Business Informatics or Business Administration or a commercial or technical apprenticeship
- At least three years of commercial experience, preferably in technical customer support or service
- Affinity for IT processes and analytical thinking
- High customer orientation and good presentation and communication skills
- A high degree of autonomous action combined with reliability and goal-oriented behavior
- Very good German language skills and good English language skills in writing and speaking
